The official UK government register of organisations licensed to sponsor worker and temporary worker visas. It is not a list of job openings. A licence means the company can sponsor a visa, so it is a strong place to target your applications. Always confirm sponsorship for the specific role.

Avoiding sponsorship scams
- A genuine employer never charges you for a Certificate of Sponsorship, the licence, or the Immigration Skills Charge. Those are the employer's costs by law. If someone asks you to pay for sponsorship or a job offer, treat it as a scam.
- Use the Check tab to confirm an employer is actually on the official register before you engage, especially for care roles, where fake offers are common.
- Be cautious with very new or very small companies offering sponsorship with little detail. Verify the company on Companies House and, for care providers, check the CQC rating.
How to turn this list into a job
- Find sponsors in your field and city using the search and sector filters.
- Open the company on LinkedIn jobs, Indeed or its own careers page using the buttons on each result.
- When you apply, state clearly that you need Skilled Worker sponsorship. A licensed sponsor is able to sponsor, but is not obliged to for every role.
- Save the ones you like to your shortlist, then work through them and track who you have contacted.
- A licence can be added or removed at any time, so re-check before relying on it.

Never pay for sponsorship. A real employer covers the Certificate of Sponsorship and licence costs. Anyone asking you to pay for a job offer or a Certificate of Sponsorship is running a scam.
